Ever buy figures from eBay? Perhaps that one you missed of couldn’t get any earlier.. Generally every Otaku will advise you run-to-the hills screaming like a banshee and never do such a silly thing again (See my Shinku).
It is true that 99% of them are knock-offs that may have seen a mold once used for an original but usually made of sub-standard materials and poorly finished. Well as previously mentioned, 99% of them are bad, however, 1% are pretty good.
Being a huge fan of Gunslinger Girl I obtained a Gashaphon figure of Henrietta. The price was excellent, the materials are what you would expect of any Good Smile or Max factory figure. I have a light tent/box but too lazy to use it. I will dig it out when I review all the remaining figures and also the Ichigo Mashimaro figures.

A little fuzzy but this will be updated soon. Arrived quickly from Singapore, well packaged and a lovely figure though she is only 10cm long.

All otaku it seems has a hareem list and of course a waifu. Asked to chose a waifu is a somewhat personal thing. It takes a careful eye to recognise the full merit of such a choice; Shinku has it all.

A truly beautiful anime that boldly and tactfully presses questionable boundaries. Instead of boy’s you’ll only find girls, providing all the candy (known as fanservice) you could want. Still need a reason to check out the daily musings of twin sisters?

Buy now.. I did!

That’s right eh Tsukune?

An amusing scene in Episode 8 of the second season pushing the limits of harem acceptability show
as even Tsukune’s teacher Ruby-san confesses affection for him and subsequently falls over exposing her underwear to him. The infamous nose-bleed tension ensues.
Tsukune Aono is a normal high school freshman who is unable to get into any private school, due to his dismal grades. The only school he is finally accepted into turns out to be a secret school for supernatural monsters and mythical creatures (yōkai), who are disguised as humans. He quickly becomes friends with the beautiful Moka Akashiya, who turns out to be a vampire attracted to the sweet taste of his blood (and Tsukune’s only, it turns out). While at first Moka was upset upon discovering that Tsukune was actually a human, she realizes that he’s the first real friend she had ever made. Tsukune quickly realizes his admission into a monster school must have been a mistake and fears for his life.
Despite Moka’s vampiric nature, she is a kind girl and Tsukune quickly falls for her.

The equalisers of life, when our true colours are shown is revealing, reassuring and often hilarious.

Even the hardened Revy is but a child at heart.
